Foreign Language Excerpts
While the many translated, adapted, and inspired editions of Our Bodies, Ourselves are invaluable resources, they do not always reach the full spectrum of women who might benefit from them. In an effort to make their content more widely available, we have recently begun posting excerpts from the books at our website. Exploring issues around sex and sexuality, birth control, childbirth and pregnancy, abortion, HIV/AIDS, and violence, the excerpts provide culturally and linguistically relevant health and sexuality information that is accessible to women regardless of their geographical location.
